Reserving Your Date
Your date is officially secured once your required deposit is paid and your rental agreement is signed. We recommend booking early, especially for weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Your remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup are available for eligible rentals. Fees and setup details vary based on your location and rental selections. Your delivery and setup details will be confirmed when you book.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are outlined in your rental agreement.
Weather
Outdoor rentals are subject to weather and safety requirements. If conditions become unsafe, we will work with you according to the terms of your rental agreement.
Caring for Your Rentals
Please treat all rental items with care. Customers may be responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing items as outlined in the rental agreement.

Please make sure your event details, delivery address, venue access, and setup area are accurate and ready before your scheduled delivery.
