Terms of service
Reservation & Payment
A reservation is confirmed when the required deposit is received. Unless otherwise stated on the invoice, a 50% deposit reserves the date and the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Reservations made within 7 days require payment in full.
Rental Period
Rental items are reserved for the date and times shown on the invoice. Equipment must remain available and accessible for pickup during the agreed pickup window.
Delivery & Setup
Client is responsible for accurate delivery information and safe, reasonable access. Additional fees may apply for inaccessible locations, excessive waiting time, additional delivery attempts, or requested relocation. Delivery does not include setup, styling, or teardown unless listed on the invoice.
Care of Equipment
Client agrees to use all equipment only for its intended purpose and follow Company instructions. Client may not move, modify, alter, sub-rent, or transport equipment without written permission.
Damage & Missing Items
Client is responsible for equipment from delivery/acceptance until pickup. Client agrees to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for items damaged, lost, misplaced, stolen, or returned requiring extraordinary cleaning. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because inventory is reserved specifically for the event date, deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability and Company approval. Additional fees may apply.
Weather & Unsafe Conditions
For outdoor rentals, Client is responsible for providing a safe location and following weather-related instructions. Company may delay, modify, or refuse setup when conditions create an unreasonable safety risk.
Customer Responsibility
Client is responsible for guests, vendors, and other persons using or interacting with rental equipment during the rental period.
